Welcome to 8K IPTV OTT (referred to herein as "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or configuring our media streaming feeds on your applications or devices, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision set forth in these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services and cease transmission of our streaming feeds. These terms apply equally to all subscribers, visitors, and commercial partners interacting with 8K IPTV OTT.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase an 8K IPTV OTT subscription. Upon confirmed payment, your personalized streaming credentials—including your M3U playlist URL, Electronic Program Guide (EPG) link, and Xtream Codes API username and password—are automatically dispatched to your registered email address and WhatsApp contact within 60 seconds.
- Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your media player setups.
- Prohibition of Resale: Reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or publicly broadcasting our streaming links without an authorized reseller agreement is strictly forbidden.
- Automated Credential Revocation: Any account detected sharing active login tokens publicly on public forums or paste sites will be permanently terminated without refund.
To preserve optimal server bandwidth and stream stability across our global CDN clusters, subscribers must adhere to the simultaneous screen count allocated to their chosen plan:
- Standard 1, 3, and 6-Month Plans: Include access for exactly one (1) active simultaneous screen at any given time.
- 12-Month VIP Pass: Includes two (2) simultaneous connections for multi-room home entertainment.
- Multi-Room Customization: Subscribers requiring 3, 4, or 5 concurrent connections can upgrade anytime via our Multiple Connections portal.
8K IPTV OTT delivers high-bitrate media streams in Native 8K, 4K Ultra HD 60FPS, and Full HD 1080p. To experience buffer-free playback, subscribers are responsible for securing stable internet connectivity matching the following specifications:
- FHD 1080p Channels & Series: Minimum stable speed of 10 to 15 Mbps.
- 4K UHD 60FPS Sports & PPV: Minimum stable speed of 25 to 30 Mbps over 5GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
- Native 8K Broadcasts: Minimum continuous bandwidth of 50+ Mbps with low jitter (<15ms).
While our Anti-Freeze™ 9.2 technology neutralizes 99.9% of server-side lag, we cannot be held responsible for interruptions arising from local ISP bandwidth throttling, congested 2.4GHz Wi-Fi frequencies, or outdated home routing hardware.
8K IPTV OTT operates solely as a digital middleware and OTT streaming conduit. We do not host, store, archive, upload, or physically encode video files or audio broadcasts on proprietary servers. All live television channels and video-on-demand links accessible through our indexing platform are transmitted from third-party media carriers publicly available over the global internet.
We possess no editorial control over upstream media feeds. If you are a copyright owner or legal representative thereof and believe any linked content infringes upon intellectual property, please submit formal documentation to our technical compliance desk via our contact portal for immediate upstream link verification.
All subscription plans are billed upfront on a fixed-term prepaid basis (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) as displayed on our pricing page. We do not engage in unauthorized hidden recurring credit card charges. When your term approaches expiry, renewal is entirely voluntary and handled seamlessly via WhatsApp or secure payment portal without disrupting your existing playlist.

Subscribers agree to use 8K IPTV OTT exclusively for personal, private home entertainment. You expressly agree not to:
- Capture, rebroadcast, restream, re-encode, or distribute our video streams across commercial venues, bars, hotels, or public venues without a commercial broadcast license.
- Deploy automated scrapers, web crawlers, reverse-engineering decompilers, or packet-sniffing tools against our server infrastructure.
- Attempt denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, unauthorized port scanning, or malicious exploitation of our API endpoints.
- Initiate fraudulent payment chargebacks without first contacting our customer support department for resolution.
We strive to maintain continuous 99.99% server availability through 16 globally distributed CDN points of presence. Periodic server maintenance, database optimization, and upstream satellite feed realignments may occur during non-peak hours. We reserve the right to modify channel lineups, replace unstable feeds, or update on-demand cinema collections at our discretion to uphold peak playback standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8K IPTV OTT and its operators, affiliates, and technical partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from service downtime, ISP-imposed network throttling, device incompatibility, or local regulatory restrictions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the user during the preceding billing period.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect technical enhancements, infrastructure expansions, or regulatory updates. Continued use of 8K IPTV OTT following any published changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
